I had the privilege of meeting Kevin back in his Smokey Banana days. There’s a special energy Kev shared with the world. For nearly 20 years we stayed friends, shared many tattoo sessions and conversations. His presence will be forever missed. In my heart always and forever ~ peace and love Kev
Kevin gave both my son and step daughter their first tattoos, both tributes to their first children. They are beautiful tattoos and Kevin, with his genuine kindness and amazing personality made them both feel comfortable. They carry an amazing piece of art and memories e all treasure.
I am absolutely blown away! I had no idea he had passed. I first met Kevin in Sturgis. I had him do a tattoo. So every year after that I specifically sought him out for more ink. He ended up doing 3 of my tattoos. Gosh he will be missed.
I met Kevin from detailing his truck, he went from a customer to a friend. He also introduced me to jeff and nick. They are both now really good friends of mine now. Kevin would send me funny videos almost daily and I took it for granted because I do miss seeing his name pop up on my phone. I wish I would have gotten to know Kevin more, but the short amount of time I knew him was worth every minute. Denice was also a big part in this and I value our friendship alot. Rest in peace Kevin… We will see each other again. 🙏

Kevin worked with me to cover up a tattoo that was a memory of an abusive relationship - he was kind, thoughtful, and was the safe space I needed while he gave me back a piece of art I am forever grateful for - so very sorry for this loss of community and all those who loved him - may memories comfort and love surround you all
I was lucky enough to meet Kevin from his wonderful wife Denise ❤️ who was student of mine at PIMA. My kids wanted their first tattoos Kevin was the man. I’m hugs 🤗 to you Denise and your beautiful daughters Xoxo Marie
I remember him having a talk with my then 7/8 year old son. They were talking about at what age you could say shit and what ways you could use them! It was very funny
